YumYum Kids is designed with reducing teacher workload as a top priority. After an average adjustment period of 1–3 days, children aged 3–5 can scan their own trays independently, so the additional burden on teachers is minimal.
Once your organization confirms the use of YumYum Kids, we'll send an onboarding email with all the setup details. Once the required teacher information and operational setup are complete, the scanner will be installed before your agreed start date — and you're ready to go!
Today's Bites is YumYum Kids' daily meal analysis report. It contains AI-estimated intake rates by menu item, based on photos of each child's tray before and after their meal.
Intake rate refers to the ratio of food a child actually consumed compared to what was served. YumYum Kids AI automatically measures this by analyzing before and after meal photos, and the results are available in the Today's Bites report.
You can check each child's report — including what's shared with parents — directly in YumYum Pro. Results are updated progressively until 3:30 PM, so we recommend checking after that time.
YumYum Kids strictly manages all personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Collected data is used solely to provide the service to parents and daycare centers/kindergartens, and is securely protected against unauthorized access.
